Description

The DDJ-800 is designed specifically for active DJ's wanting a portable setup with pro features. Get the most from the latest Rekordbox features.

The natural successor to the DDJ-RR, taking attributes from the incredibly popular DDJ-1000 such as track information display within the jog wheel and tension control. A brand new Feedback Reducer feature within Rekordbox is optimised on the DDJ-800, giving you automatic attenuation on your microphone input to cut out unwanted hiss and feedback.

Track Information On Jog Display

Colour display of your track waveform, BPM, cue and hot cue points, time elapsed/remaining and artwork are now in the centre of the dial, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in your mixes rather than be glued to your laptop screen. You can easily switch between a full artwork display and track information with the click of a button.

Club Standard Layout & Effects

All the features of the DDJ-800 are laid out in a similar way to the club-standard CDJ-2000NXS2 & DJM-900NXS2 to ensure a smooth transition from bedroom to the club. The DDJ-800 puts you in a perfect position to take your newly perfected routines into the club and tear the roof off! Set the desired resistance on the jog wheels just like on the CDJ-2000, giving you the edge when making that crucial scratch or beat adjust mid-mix. The mixer effects are lifted straight from the DDJ-1000, take full advantage of the beat effect display on the unit, again diverting your attention away from your laptop to allow you to be fully immersed in your mixes.

Auto Mic Feedback Reduction

A brand new feature within Rekordbox; optimised by the DDJ-800, instantly reduce and eliminate the unwanted 'hiss' and feedback loop from the microphone. This instantly detects the feedback frequency and reduces, giving you a cleaner mic sound allowing you to talk, MC or sing with confidence.

Rekordbox Plug & Play - License Key Free

The DDJ-800 is the first piece of hardware that rids the need for a license key with a built-in 'dongle'. Simply plug the DDJ-800 into your laptop and it will instantly open up Rekordbox to performance mode. Perfect for allowing a friend or fellow DJ to use the unit without having the need to have performance mode unlocked. A license key is still included with the purchase of the DDJ-800
