Denon up their game with the brand new X1850 Prime 4 Channel DJ Mixer, taking the learning from the X1800 that took Denon to new heights not seen on the DJ mixer market before.

The X1850 mixer is a digital club mixer that is designed to be the centrepiece of any DJ setup with familiar functions with brand new technology that sets it apart from the current generation of mixers for the forward thinking DJ.

Familiar Feel – New Performance

The X1850 uses the familiar rugged metal construction found on the previous X1800 and adds new feel to it. With multi-assignable inputs allowing for dual layering of decks (especially the SC5000/SC6000 series) with familiar 3 band EQ that allows for deep sculpting of the sound.

The Soundstage

The X1850 has a new superior sound stage with new 16 Pro-Club BPM FX for total control of your sound. Combined with the new OLED Screen combining a FX preference adjust with the channel dedicated sweep FX & filter. It makes for a deeper connection between DJ and their sound.

Pro Hardware – Not So Pro Price

X1850 features a ‘Flex-Fader’ that allows for true customisation of the tension, which answers the wants of the scratch DJ as well as those who love to cut and cleave their way through the set. Along with the fader you get a 5-port LAN board which is perfect for networking with other units and StagelinQ event lighting and video connectivity. Further protection is added with a lockable IEC connector for securing power cables to ensure no chance of the power going off mid-set. All of this for less than £1000.

The next level has arrived in the Denon SC6000 Prime media player. Designed to work at it's best with the X1850 Mixer, the SC6000 takes what it's older brother the SC5000 achieved and bring it to a whole new level.

A New Dawn

The SC6000 is Denon’s new flagship standalone player with a brand new operating system built in called Engine OS which allows for deep internal integration of DJ collections from software such as Rekordbox & Serato DJ (with Serato DJ Pro Controller mode landing soon) as well as building in TIDAL streaming support (which comes with a Free 3 month Hi-Fi TIDAL subscription)

All About The Screen

The SC6000 features a 10.1 touch screen (first seen on the Prime 4 Standalone) that is responsive and multi-gesture which allows for a full QWERTY search on the screen and fast movements for that perfect timing whilst playing in a venue to keep the buzz going just when you need it the most. You can also use the screen to organise crates and playlists on the go without missing a single beat of the action.

Media Without Limits

Denon crank it up a notch from the SC5000 with the new ability to have a 2.5 inch SATA drive bay in the unit, allowing for large library storage on the unit, negating the need to have USB sticks etc (designed to be perfect for DJ’s or venues that don’t want to worry about loss of audio mid-set). The SC6000 also features the same SD card & USB slots found on the SC5000 which accepts Serato USB’s as well as Rekordbox collections on USB, meaning that you can always be straight into the action without having to format in a specific way.

You can play multiple file formats on the SC6000, such as MP3, FLAC, ALAC, WAV and AAC meaning no matter the format, the unit has you covered.

If there are multiple SC6000 units, there is only the need for one unit to have a drive in the unit thanks to the network capabilities of the SC6000, allowing for linked up playing across multiple decks.

The Wheel

The jog-wheel on SC6000 is a large 8.5 platter, which allows for superb manipulation of your audio and further playability not seen on a Denon DJ deck previously.

The SC6000 Prime is designed with the professional user in mind as well as the hobbyist DJ with lockable IEC connection for secure power cable insertion. On top of secure IEC, the SC6000 features StagelinQ which is connectivity for Event/Pro DJ lighting setups as well as video control (add in SoundSwitch and your away) for the professional environment use.
