Loyalty Points

Loyalty points are earned over every order that you place on this website, be it a CDJ, controller, mixer, headphones etc. providing that you create an account at checkout.

For every single £1 you spend you will earn 1 loyalty point which can then be redeemed on any future order - for example, if you spent £500 you would earn 500 points which are equal to £5.00. These points are automatically added to your account following a completed order.

Using Loyalty Points

Loyalty points are saved onto your account for use against a future purchase. They do not expire and they can not be exchanged for cash.

Where can I collect DJ Tech Direct loyalty points?

DJ Tech Direct points are only applied after a successful order and payment. Unfortunately we are unable to apply loyalty points to an account on this website if you place your order on our eBay store

What happens if I cancel my order?

If you do cancel or part cancel your order, the points earned will be removed from your account. Please also note if you use points earned from a previous order against a future order but then cancel the original order, we reserve the right to refund the original order minus the value of loyalty points (this is purely to remove any option of loyalty point abuse)

In rare cases where anyone tries to abuse the system by placing repeated orders and cancelling in an attempt to keep their loyalty points, we reserve the right to reject orders where any points have been used.

What to do if loyalty points do not show in your account?

While we extensively tested our new loyalty points scheme prior to its launch, its possible something may go wrong, but if you do spot an issue please email us on sales(at)djtechdirect.com and we will address the problem as soon as possible.

Changes are made to these terms and conditions may be made at any time and without prior notice, although we will endeavour to update you should they change. We reserve the right to end our loyalty points scheme at any time, although we hope to continue it indefinitely.
