GUEST ORDERS: If you did not create an account during checkout, as a guest, you will be notified by email as your order progresses at each stage.
We aim to keep many of the most popular products in stock, but if you order an out of stock item that is likely to be delayed more than 3 days, we'll contact you to let you know. Otherwise, please feel free to call or e-mail

When we dispatch your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number. We ship most UK packages by DPD or Royal Mail (and usually use FedEx/TNT for international orders). Check order tracking below by clicking on the courier's name. Make sure to enter the tracking number without spaces at beginning or end. If our confirmation e-mail does not contain your tracking number, please contact us and we can provide it to you by phone or e-mail.
