A New Screen
The first thing that dominates the look of the CDJ-3000 is an all-new 10-inch display that is designed for DJ's to see the new Rekordbox 7 waveform clearer than ever in the darkest of venues without compromising on other elements such as key & BPM information.
All Touch
The Touch Preview element of the units allows you to preview any part of the track in a similar fashion to what you find on the Rekordbox software. If you have either a DJM-V10 or DJM-A9 connected via Pro DJ Link you can actually preview tracks via link cue.
Touch Cue brings the ability to listen to any part of your tracks whilst they are playing just by touching the waveform – meaning you can cue ahead without the crowd even noticing, perfect for those tracks you're unsure of.
The New Advanced MPU
The MPU of the CDJ-3000X has been tweaked and improved to deliver an even faster performance than ever before, allowing for even faster mixing and track selection in the toughest of environments.
Matte Finish
The new look to the CDJ-3000X is a matt finish which is designed to help repel liquids such as sweat and smoke fluid from club environments allowing for longetivity of the CDJ in the harshest of environments.
Toughened Materials
The CDJ-3000X has had an overhaul on the materials front with a new aluminium top plater and redesigned play, cue and Hot Cure buttons are built to be abused alongside an all-new V-Lock power cable to avoid any accidental unplugs.
All New Cue
Another major change to the 3000X over its older brother the CDJ-3000 is the cue and play buttons, with the play button colour being changeable subject to track, allowing for a more personal play experience.
Take The Wheel
The Jogwheel on the CDJ-3000X has had multiple improvements on the CDJ-3000, which allows for a even smoother feel and latency cut down by half. Combined with the LCD screen in the wheels that shows play head position and artwork it allows for quicker deck view.
Audio – How You Want It
The audio engine on the CDJ-3000X has tweaked again to deliver an even better performance than ever before with options for MP3, WAV, AIFF as per normal in crystal clear quality.
Software Support
The CDJ-3000X supports Rekordbox enabled USB sticks - both in standard and also now USB-C form factors.
HID support for Serato DJ Pro is supported with version 3.3.4.
