This is a list of our most frequently asked questions. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, so if there is anything not covered in here that you are unsure of, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
We are based in Birmingham City Centre, in the Zellig building at the world famous Custard Factory and we're open from 9:00am to 5:30pm every day (apart from Sunday). For more info on our locations and how to find us, see our about page.
You can call or e-mail us now. We’ll respond to any query as soon as we possibly can. You can also pop into our stores, we can deal with your query or question, even if you ordered online.
Almost…! Our stores are loaded full of the latest and most in demand equipment. We’ve also got a mail order warehouse. However, we are constantly expanding our product offering, and although we have stringent plans to ensure we always have stock of most lines, from time to time we may well run out of stock.
Fear not! Our ordering system is second to none, so if we are out of stock it’s very likely that the item is already on order from our suppliers. Therefore, our standard estimated 2-3 days delivery period will very rarely overrun.
Any in stock items ordered before 2pm will ship same day, otherwise it'll take 2-3 days for delivery. Should any delay occur, we promise that you will be notified and kept updated. We use the most efficient and reliable couriers, so along with a speedy service you are also comprehensively insured against loss and damage. Read more on our delivery page.
We ship orders worldwide. We prefer for orders to go to the Credit or Debit card billing address where possible, for security reasons. However, we will ship to secondary addresses where required and where possible. If you don't see shipping options to your country in the basket, please contact us and we'll come back to you with a shipping quote.
UK delivery is FREE on orders over £50. Orders under £50 will be displayed in your basket when you log-in. For deliveries outside of the UK, shipping cost will show in your basket at checkout. Read more about delivery.
Yes – as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a tracking number. You can monitor delivery status via the courier’s website and keep any eye on it every step of the way. If we use a recorded service from Royal Mail, we’ll send you a tracking number too.
You’ll get an email confirmation moments after your order is placed. You’ll then get another one to let you know when you order is despatched. All of this information is also displayed in your customer account and updated as the order processed. If there’s any problem with your order, we’ll be in touch ASAP – please make sure you leave contact details when you place an order. Telephone numbers are always best.
Let us know ASAP! We go out of our way to make sure returns are quick and easy. Please contact us with your name, order number and the reason for the return.
We’ll then issue you with a RAN (Returns Authorisation Number) which will be needed to make sure the return is dealt with properly. If you return something to us without an RAN we may have to refuse the delivery. Read more about returns.
We check our prices regularly to keep them competitive. In the unlikely event you see something cheaper elsewhere, please call or e-mail us and we'll do our best to beat it if that price is for a new item from another authorised retailer.
